The winter in the UK can be pretty grim. The winter in Southern Spain can be a joyful, sunny, aviation affair. Plenty of relaxation in the bars and restaurants so why not come out to Granada for three months with your microlight?
With VFR weather 95% of the year, and as you can see from this picture, this is one of the few days we get clouds. Today they were broken at 6000ft.
At Juan Espadafor Aerodrome 20 minutes outside of Granada, we have our own microclimate protected by mountains on all sides.
Juan Espadafor Aerodrome (LEJE) is open to all GA for visits. Come out to Southern Spain and you can enjoy, skiing in the morning, flying in the afternoon, and a beachfront cocktail on the costa in the late afternoon, all in one day.
