Isaac Shenoy swaps his 737 for a Piper Cherokee

Updated: Oct 4, 2022

In June I returned to Jerez after 6 months where I had been a student at FTE and contacted Clifford to book out G-LTFB for a few days. He very kindly picked me up from Jerez and drove me to LETJ where I picked the keys up for the plane and flew it back to LEJR. I based the aircraft there for 1 night.

Having paid the landing and handling fees with the airport and Iberia, I took the 1967 PA28 for a flight around the southern coast of Andalusia. The plane flew great and the views were stunning. It was very nice to be back flying in the region after completing my flight training with FTE who are based in Jerez the previous year.

I then flew the aircraft back to Trebujena on the 2nd day after some general handling time in the Whisky training area.

A smooth handover and payment to Clifford and he dropped me back in Jerez by car. Definitely recommend flying with Percy Air (Private Pilots Club). Looking forward to returning and booking one of their new planes.
