The Socata Rallye is one the easiest General Aviation Planes to fly. They are used for General Aviation flying, Banner Towing and Glider Towing, and our two Socata Rallye's have been used in all 3 operational tasks.
The SOCATA Rallye is a light aircraft that was manufactured by French Aviation Company SOCATA. It was originally developed during the 1950s by French aircraft manufacturer Morane-Saulnier as the MS.880.
Both our aircraft have 180 HP and a range of 6 hours on full tanks. They cruise nicely at 95kts and can carry 4 adults. With a high sitting position they give superb views of the scenery.
The Rallye is equipped with a cantilever wing, which incorporates interconnected full-span automatic leading edge slats, wide-chord slotted ailerons, and wide-span Fowler-type trailing edge-flaps, meaning this combination provides the aircraft with its slow-speed flight performance.
The aircraft can land on a dime and take off in short distances. With the special slats it's very difficult to stall these aircrafts and they are very stable in the mountains - even in high wind conditions.
These EASA planes are available to rent in both Granada and Bordeaux and both aircraft travel around Europe and the UK.
Aircraft Available to rent for 192€ P/H Wet.
